I am not quite sure how everytime I come to this sonic they short me on sauces. In my orders I specifically asking for 4 or 5 sauces especially if the order requires that many, so why do I get only one or two?. I recently ordered a large mozzarella sticks and RECIEVED Two sauces. How is someone suppose to eat a large order with just two sauces at least 3 or 4 should be required. Also when was it okay to have a dog not only tied to a sonic employee but also with this employee while they were on the clock? When was okay to allow animals to be on an employee to begin with. I respect Service animals but if you require one especially at a fast food restaurant then you should not be working in the fast food industry! Honestly that is very disgusting and concerning as a customer.

went here for lunch with my friends, got there at 11:30, paid with a card, card machines didnāt work not on the stalls or inside the actual location. my buddies ordered on the app, i checked them all in 3 times and not one of them got their food until 11:58, class started at 12. as for what happened to me i didnāt have any cash on me to pay, so i had to call my dad and ask him if he could run by there and pay for my meal. the efficiency of this place keeps getting lower, went there a day before this incident and card machines were just fine on the stalls and inside. genuinely cannot believe this place and the efficiency of it.
Great place. I went to the store in Lindsay and had an amazing server, Danielle. 10/10 would eat here again.

Iāve tried eating here quite a few times. Every time but one, I waited an hour in the lot and the food was cold when it got to me. The excuse is always āitās busyā, even when thereās only two cars in the lot. Whether I use the app, DoorDash, or dine in the experience is the same.
