Don’t try to call the store to tell them they forgot to give you part of your meal calling off and on for over two hours with no answer. I would be happy with just a refund of the item I didn’t receive. I contact the sonic corporation just for them to tell me they can’t issue a refund but they can give me a 5$ off coupon for a burger.. I ordered 5 pieces chicken combo…I told her you can’t charger me for an item I didn’t get. she then said that she would escalate it and that escalation can take 48 hours. Mind you I didn’t receive this food and this sonic still won’t answer the phone.

I wish the employees and managers here would do better especially at pay attention to tickets because each time I get shorted sauces, no sauces or the incorrect item.
I'm not looking for unnecessary feedback from the owner of this establishment but you all could do better.

I am not quite sure how everytime I come to this sonic they short me on sauces. In my orders I specifically asking for 4 or 5 sauces especially if the order requires that many, so why do I get only one or two?. I recently ordered a large mozzarella sticks and RECIEVED Two sauces. How is someone suppose to eat a large order with just two sauces at least 3 or 4 should be required. Also when was it okay to have a dog not only tied to a sonic employee but also with this employee while they were on the clock? When was okay to allow animals to be on an employee to begin with. I respect Service animals but if you require one especially at a fast food restaurant then you should not be working in the fast food industry! Honestly that is very disgusting and concerning as a customer.

Im giving this Sonic 3 stars because of Heather alone she was fantastic truly great at her job 👏 the rest of my experience was a 1 star 🌟 couldn't get my order right to save their life. Heather for the win tho above and beyond customer service.
