I’ve tried eating here quite a few times. Every time but one, I waited an hour in the lot and the food was cold when it got to me. The excuse is always “it’s busy”, even when there’s only two cars in the lot. Whether I use the app, DoorDash, or dine in the experience is the same.

Every time I go here and get mots I never get marina sauce it should be common sense. Same as the pretzel with cheese it should be common sense it comes with cheese I didn’t receive the cheese

The app almost never lets you order through it and when you try to order with the same deals as advertised at the store they tell you we can't help you. You CAN honor the deals though.

I just had the worst cheese tots ever last night. Half of them tasted like they sat in old grease for days. Way overpriced for mediocre "food". As a hole, sonic is hit or miss. You have to get a day when the grease has been changed recently. From now on, I'll just get a slush once in a while and that's it.

WARNING AI HAS TAKIN OVER!! If you use app and think you can get it straight with the humans think again.There is little if anything they can do!! Push button and talk to humans before pushing button to complete order.They are nice and friendly but even 2 mgrs can't change it and you done bought it.Burgers and fries seemed smaller. No 1/2 price burger after 5 even on Tuesday so I was way over budget and had 3 extra drinks. Everything did taste good.I blame the app more than them. Thought I'd push button before they could start. (5 sec. After app) but nope. App is boss.

i got my order in under 4 minutes for sure. food was nice and fresh. tasted how you expect it to. the carhop was friendly especially being with them being the only carhop. being a manager at my own sonic, i look at all the different things people would look for with fresh food, taste, build, drinks, store landscape/atmosphere, speed and friendliness. they nailed it all to the T. thank you Crazy Cooper for your lovely smile you shared with us today.
