Wonderful wait staff. We had a big family event and Melissa catered to our every need. She did an amazing job!

Imagine sitting down to eat and you pass the server going to your table. She drops off 3 waters for 4 people. Never comes back to greet or even take our order. This poor restaurant needs someone that wants to make money. I had to go order at the front who the same lady who was taking care of us. She couldn’t find a breakfast menu… how do you work here unsupervised kitchen took 30+ mins for a chicken breast and some sausage, bacon to get the food out. It was delicious they need someone to come in and train someone who wants to make money it’s quite sad honestly.

Stayed there with my 2 daughters. (Granddaughters were playing softball in Hobart). We ate there only 1 time and it was excellent but the team ordered Pizza and next morning Breakfast burritos. They went above and beyond to accommodate US and THE TEAM. New York style pizza was awesome (per the girls) . Everything was delicious.

We had an amazing experience at the restaurant in Quartz Mountain State Park! The views of the lake are gorgeous, and the atmosphere is truly unique with the beautiful granite rocks surrounding it. We ordered the thin-crust pizza, and it was delicious—perfectly crispy and flavorful. Plus, the restaurant and lodge has a great history that adds to its charm. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area! Oh, and on Fridays they have all you can eat fish!

First time there this evening. Food was delicious, waitress was super nice and the view, wow! Loved getting to eat outdoors and enjoy the view. Definitely recommend this place.
I got the 10' NY style pepperoni pizza - it was scrumptious, I finished it in one sitting because I couldn't get enough! It was worth the long drive, and the views at Quartz Mountain State Park are stunning, who knew there was an oasis of beautiful rock mountains in Oklahoma? I absolutely recommend this well-kept place for anyone. The restaurant and the lodge overall is very impressive!

My wife and I stayed at the lodge on 7/26/2025. The lodge and rooms are nice, but the Lookout Kitchen was horrible. We ordered an appetizer and the pizza. Both of which tasted like frozen food that was prepared in a microwave. The waitress took our order and then disappeared for the remainder of our meal. No silverware and napkins were provided. We asked a bus boy for the utensils and napkins. He brought us five cocktail napkins that are typically used for drinks. I ended up having to find the drink station for a refill of my soda and my wife’s tea. I also had to locate and get the Parmesan cheese for our pizza. The wait service was non-existent, and I’ve had better food from a school cafeteria. Horrible food along with horrible service! Complete waste of money!!!

Nice outdoor balcony overlooking the river. Best burger I've had in a long time, 5 stars!
I’ve been to the lookout kitchen a few times while staying at the lodge. In the past my dining experience was decent. The last time the service was lacking resulting in us leaving and dining in town. (The waitress never returned to take our order). Based on past comments lack of staffing is a trend and while management says that they plan to improve, the service continues to be mediocre and lacking. The restaurant is in such a beautiful setting and has so much potential. So unfortunate.

Not the first time we have gone there, they have never been fast, but the food was good 75% of the time. Went this weekend (9:45 am) and there was only 4 tables of people. 1 waitress/busboy/cashier. only took 5 minutes or so for drinks, but after 45 minutes- no food, no update, no anything. Very small breakfast menu, so I don't understand the delay. We could have driven to IHop AND eaten faster. 2 years with no changes. Terrible management. unless you're killing a lot of time, I suggest elsewhere.
We got there late one evening in the late winter before the frat party showed up. It was wonderful until then. We just ordered a burger but it was hands down the very best burger I have ever had.
