Old review 1-100% fail rate and absolutely no attempt to correct the negative culture created by lazy management. The absolute worst Sonic in oklahoma.

This sonic is quite literally the worst. Gave it a chance yesterday after like 3 years of not coming because of food quality and decided to give it a chance yesterday but was that a mistake. Fries sucked , burger was burnt and sucked . Just go into edmond don’t spend your money here. This is just ridiculous. Spend your money at chicos or somewhere else. It’s clear they don’t care about the food or evidently who they hire. A health inspector needs to come out and take a look .

Everyone is so kind here! We happen to get Bradley as our car hop and order taker very frequently, and he’s just the sweetest guy! He makes the BEST breakfast burritos, he never disappoints fr. They have made our food right every-time, and it’s always very fresh and visually pleasing! Not to mention delicious. Definitely one of the best sonics I’ve been too when it comes to consistency overall.
Edit: ONCE AGAIN this man Bradley CHEFED. IT. UPPPP. Our burgers are DELICIOUS. 5 stars to our man Bradley.

Carry out. The bugers were atrocious. They were dried out and cold. My guess is they were made several hours earlier and left on a warmer. Same with the fries. Not sure how this place can stay open.

This is the Luther, Ok, sonic. It was my first time going there. I ordered a smash burger, and it was seriously the best one I've had so far. Just wow!! Awesome job to the person that looks during the day

Being a local resident of the luther area and an employee of the county health department I have stopped at this sonic several times since march.each time I stop by on different days while sitting in the stall I noticed employees inside the business vaping and eating in the front.the car hop that delivered the food smelled like she had been vaping or smoking pot.this is not acceptable.another problem was more than once I stopped by to get food on Friday and saturday.more than once it took 15 minutes or longer to even get an answer to order the another 15 to 20 minutes to get the food.the car hop more than once said there was only her doing everything up front plus carhop and one cook in the kitchen.when I asked why I was told that's how the general mgr schedules everyone cuz of labor pct.bad for customer service.my opnion is corporate sonic or inspire brands not the franchise owner needs to get involved.management needs to be corrected.i also think the health dept and labor dept should get involved.yes sonics do get busy on certain evenings but making customers wait with poor service and wait times plus no help working mgrs not caring abt customers or help is wrong.ive decided I wont stop here again til something is done overall starting with the owner and management to the employees
