I love coming here! Chicken shack is a family friendly environment and a great date night with your spouse and friends. The food is great and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is really fun!

We had a great time! Good food, Incredible atmosphere. Our waited seemed very annoyed and unfriendly, not informative or courteous. I brought a group of seniors from a local senior living center, they were very excited to be out and about. They were unhappy with the service we received. They did enjoy the food and atmosphere very much!

My OKC friends brought me here telling me it was a fun place to eat it's truly more than a shack, but there was live music inside and live music out back in the outdoor dining area, along with a play area for the kids the food was good also

Love everything about chicken shack. In a world where you can get chicken anywhere go to the best chicken place there is and that's here.
The food is decent but the last 3-4 times we have done pickup orders there has been something wrong with the order. The few times I have waited to have it fixed put me sitting in the parking lot for 30+ minutes. This last time after waiting about 40 minutes they still forgot some of my food. Sorry chicken shack you have lost my business

Lots of cars outside so we thought it must be good. 14.50 got me half an broasted chicken and a side. I must say this was a tiny chicken. I’m very never seen such a small leg . The potato and gravy was barely lukewarm. ( just a small scoop barely covered in gravy). Average meal, nothing to get excited about. There was only 2 other tables so we’re not sure where all the cars came from. No entertainment on a Saturday afternoon. We can seriously get more food at Kentucky Fried…. So I’d call it a once and done experience

We stopped in at the Chicken Shack in Arcadia with a large group, and it was a great time! The food was really good, fresh, and flavorful, and the whole concept is both innovative and fun—it makes the experience stand out. The service was solid (I’d give it a 4/5), and even with our big party, everything went smoothly. Overall, a lively place to enjoy a meal and some laughs with friends and family. Definitely worth the stop!
