The food and location are great but they have some staff issues. We waited 15 minutes to get our order taken and that was having to chase down someone. I’ve dined here many times without issue but this last time wasn’t a good experience.

Got an order of chicken strips to go. Chicken was overcooked and very dry! I called to speak to a manager and was treated very poorly by Stella. Was told that the managers were all “busy” and would get to me when they had a chance (there was literally no one in there when I picked up my food). Terrible food and terrible customer service to a repeated customer.. What a shame. My family and I will never go back to this place.

We went mid-afternoon on a Saturday when the place was packed but got a booth right away. Our server was friendly and attentive and our food order for four came out hot, quick and correct. It’s a neat comfortable venue too. Oh, and the chicken is bomb dignity good! Just watch the baked beans, they’re on the spicy side.
Great outside area to hang out and play games, let the kids run around and burn off energy. Great for larger parties. We had a party of 13 for a birthday. Service was good, staff was friendly. I got the chicken tenders and fries. These tenders were thick and had a lot of meat per tender. Fries were just meh. Soggy. Okra was your standard. Would be great for the hot summer nights to hang out outside or during the spring and fall.
Parking: Gravel parking lot. Caution to high heels!!! Wear wedges instead.

My wife and I were in the area 10/17/24 and were hungry for chicken. We ordered the whole chicken with sides of okra and beans. The chicken and okra were crispy and the serving of okra was most generous. I asked for some Shack Sauce and Jalapeño Ranch. Both are amazing! The service was prompt and the kitchen was fast. Mixed drinks and beer are available. And Pops is just down the road if you have a hankerin' for most any flavor of soda pop available. A great afternoon!
The chicken was soooo good!! We had three kids and they loved it. The atmosphere was casual and cool. Great service! Highly recommend!

This is such neat place to hang out for big groups, but it gets so busy here on weekends or during events that the staff cannot handle it. It's really not fair to make one waiter handle 7 tables that just sat down all at once in their section.
Our dining experience was just a long waiting game for everything. It took 30+ minutes just to pay. We asked 3 different employees for the check, but they said they could not help, only our waitress can check us out. We finally flagged down our waitress and asked her to cancel the appetizer and beer orders we had been waiting on and to please just tab us out. I cannot believe we have to beg a business to take our money.
This place gets way too busy to have waiter service. They need to let us order on an app or just order everything at the counter, get a number......just make things self-service. They clearly cannot handle having the waiters do everything on busy nights. Other tables around us were also frustrated with the lack of service. No one could place an order or tab out. Employees kept telling all of us we could not just go up to the bar, we have to do everything through our waiter since we had already started an order with him/her.
And no, the food is not good enough to deal with all the chaos.
