I don't understand how people here can write a 2 star review and say the 'food is good/great'.Don't settle for chewy chicken, slow service, jankey seating and dirty tables. Just skip it.

Been 3 times. 1st time no sauce to go w chicken ??? 2nd time sat at bar and were basically ignored by bartender. 3rd time sauce, but same with the bartender. Basic service. Cool atmosphere, good food, needs a serious customer service lesson!!

Food is great, service is usually great, but they never have open times for takeout. If you are wanting takeout for dinner, don’t waste your time to start an order only to see that there are no more pickup times for the evening when you try to submit the order. I will be finding a new place to frequent for my takeout order.

We've been fortunate to come here several times now and each time it's been a wonderful experience. Great service all around, the chicken is top notch, and the experience atmosphere is wonderful. Amazing chicken here but my MOST favorite is the Mac and cheese. It’s something about it that made it taste so good! and I’m very picky about how my Mac and cheese is made. They did good!! The only thing I would say is the baked beans is too spicy but was good still. Added too much jalapeños in it but that was about it!
Ordered takeout my wife came to pick it up and it had never been placed Tony did a horrible job then the order was placed and when we got it to the house it wasn't right. Tony said he would Compass the next time we came in there but you know what that's not going to ever happen and I have told everybody I know to stay the hell away from there if that's the way you run your business I don't care to venture that far to pick up an order that was wrong or not even attempted to be right. I am not a fan of your store nor will I ever frequent to you again you will not get my business nor anybody that I know that I can convince that even an Old Kentucky Fried Chicken store serves a better product than you do at least they'll get it right

We have been customers of the Chicken Shack since it was a little place in Luther. The last two times we have been to the location in Arcadia, and the chicken has been so overcooked that the owner should be embarrassed. Something has changed for the worse, much worse. We have bragged on this place to friends in the past, but not any more.

Popped in for a burger and to watch some basketball. Very friendly cashier and timely delivery of food! Turkey avocado melt and chili cheese fries were really good. Always a good time at The Garage - any location!

The prime rib sandwich was on special and was good. The half chicken was in small pieces, no different than you would get at a gas station. The sides were small, other than the cornbread. The meal was served with plastic silverware and paper towels. The bathroom was not very clean and in a half-finished state.
