Delicious food, very clean place and wonderful people
Bag of burgers is a great deal…love the sauce they put in their burgers!!!
Worst braums I have ever been to. Lady serving was complaint about how busy they were and the ice cream cones were stale. Went back the next day for breakfast they messed up our order and was extremely slow.

Egg shell in the eggs, Cold patty sausage. No silverware util 2 minutes after food was brought. Waited for ever to be waited on and restaurant was NOT full. Was never asked if I needed anything. I did tip 20% just because she was acting like maybe it was her first job and she didn't do the cooking or the dishes. Others were having the same problems.

If I’m gonna spend 20.72 on fries not including 24 on burgers. Then I expected full fries not half empty next time I’ll spend 50 and buy El’Tapatio for better food and service

My daughter spilled her drink all over the floor and she was very upset. The staff member on break came up and started to help me clean up. Then the other staff member came from around the counter and continued to assure her and myself that it was no big deal. It was super sweet.
