My daughter spilled her drink all over the floor and she was very upset. The staff member on break came up and started to help me clean up. Then the other staff member came from around the counter and continued to assure her and myself that it was no big deal. It was super sweet.
Horrible experience!!!! They got my order wrong and when I corrected them they said ohh she didn't hear you. I ordered a burger with No Lettuce and No Onions!!! What did I get a burger loaded with Lettuce and onions. I am so tired of people not taking responsibility and accountability for their jobs. Especially for what they are getting paid. If you don't like your job and you can't do it correctly get a different job. PLEASE STOP MAKING US AS CUSTOMERS PSY FOR...
Worst Braums ever!! Children staff. Members only.. looked like they were trying to hide..after our food was cooked they put it on counter. Never called out our #. When I asked why they didn't she told me she did. Then she gave me a ugly glance. Looks like they need some guidance.
