Ordered 4 pizzas to go. Told me 25 minutes and it took 50 minutes. 25 minutes were spent waiting in drive thru. Was told they “had trouble finding one of my pizzas”. Food was fine but could tell it sat awhile

Went in for lunch buffet. Got there 12:00 only a few 1/2 ]pizzas available. But they refilled within 18 minutes. Good food. Excellent salad bar. Love dessert bread sticks. Oh, and the calzones😊😛

Would have been faster to drive to Ardmore or Durant to get a pizza. Place was empty and waited over an hour after calling in to make the order. Made the order 30 mins before showing up. So total hour and 30 mins for 2 pizzas. Terrible business

I want white sauce! If there was an Alfredo sauce that would be amazing. They have an alpine sauce which taste like creamy Italian not the same.. Other then my one gripe pizza is good customer service is prompt and friendly store is clean and tidy.White sauce! Would be amazing ?!
Total failure! My wife and I had to literally choke down our slice of pepperoni pizza. Got a medium with extra pepperoni, we ate 1 piece and had to throw the rest in the trash. We have eaten at Simple Simon's in Kingston and Marietta and tge food was eaten. Not going back to this location...

Had patience while ordering for a large group; yummy pizza & we played catch in the parking lot before out group split ways.
Kid-friendliness: We had 3 young ones & they kinda got restless after eating; danced & played around inside & played catch outside (not busy while we were there on a dreary Sat)

We had two issues with our order.We ordered 4 pizzas. One of them was supposed to be a Calizone. Once we got back we realized none of them were calizone. So we called Simple Simon’s and the worker was extrenely rude saying we did not order a calizone. That’s very unprofessional of the manager to tell us what we did and didn’t order. We know what we ordered.The second issue is that you only get one ranch cup with 4 pizzas. How is that enough ranch for 4 pizzas? They were rude about that as well.
