Rude Everytime I go there and it's the late lazy shift that will tell you they are out of literally everything Taco Bell had to offer lol. How can you stop making tacos or burritos at a certain time??! You're Taco Bell!!!

Went to get dinner after work around 11:30 and it seems like they might have been upset that they had to make our food... which they signed up for. Our crunchwrap had an astronomical amount of sour cream on the outside in one spot. It looked like a teenage boys pimple about to explode. Then they guy at the window made a comment when the lady was handing us our food, thinking we couldn't hear him (we did). Usually, our experience is amazing (shout out to the stoner that works at night lol) but it was absolutely duke tonight. Hope that next time we have a better experience.

Ridiculous service idk how they are running ordered 8 items 6 of them were incorrect then I noticed they made all other people order incorrect too

HOT SAUCE IS HOT SAUCE NOT MILD AND AT LEAST TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT YOUR OUT OF HOT SAUCE AND GET IT RIGHT ITS HOT SAUCE NOT MILD THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE. QUIT STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING MAKING PEOPLE WAIT WHEN THEY SHOULD NOT BE WAITING AT ALL THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE PERSON THERE OTHER THAN TWO EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND NOT WORKING MADE US WAIT FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE ORDERING NOT NECESSARY.
WE DO ENJOY THE FOOD THOUGH, WE JUST DONT WANT YALL TO HAVE COMPLAINTS and get it right the first time. Have a great week.

I placed a decent sized mobile order. When I got home, I realized the most expensive item was missing. (I probably drove off too fast at the drive thru) I went back inside and showed my receipt. Not only did they prepare the missing item fresh (and souped it up nicely) but they also gave me a few coupons as well. They were very helpful and friendly, and every time I go to this location (which is pretty frequently) the service is incredible.
