The bartender was spectacular, the back windows to the river gave a great view, and the food was great as well.

Great steak and cabbage roll. Took to long to get food but manger apologized and wanted to take care of tab. I would not let her told her we would come back. She did give us a $15 gift card which we appreciated. I will post steak pic. Also wife loved the tabouli.

We have a dinner meeting monthly at steakhouses. Last month was very good, but the steak this month was tough and not very tasty, thought it was just me but 2 of.us had the same result.

Steaks are great, but must have a new cook. Had to send multiple steaks & lobster back multiple times. Place is taking the hit from mismanagement. Was always packed, now it's never busy. Pricing themselves out of business & skimping of the hors d'oeuvres doesn't help matters.
Gave it another shot after a few weeks. Much better this time. Everyone's steak were done, except one but he likes him medium well & he got medium. Still skimping on the hors d'oeuvres. Cabbage rolls no longer a free side item. You want one you pay $5.
I passed on the ribeye & chose the Chicken Fried Steak. It was good & tender. I would order it again

Came in for first time when we moved to town, not pleased for the price.. ordered a steak medium it was completely raw outside barely seared. Ordered it to go and was not wasting time going back, finished cooking it myself.
My husband and I were going to go there for valentine's day. I called and asked if we needed a reservation and they said no come on in. We were under the impression that meant they had room. So we get there at 6pm and they say it's a 30 plus minute wait. They said nothing about that when I called. So we left and went to sand springs. We had a nice dinner at another restaurant. But a little advice to caps, if you are already on a wait ,tell people when they call and either take their info for a wait list or atleast let them know incase they change their minds. The host was not very welcoming either. I work in the restaurant industry and know what good service is. I would have liked to try them and support local but I wasn't about to wait that long. We had to work so it was hard to make reservations ahead of time. But we were fine with a little wait as that was to be expected on a night like valentine's day. But be honest with your guests and don't waste their time. Maybe we will try them another time.
I’ve been going to this steak house for over 25 years! Of course it was Freddie’s forever but the food is outstanding and the service is great!

Went here tonight, 2-26-25, haven't been since before the remodel.
It was certainly less than anticipated.
The steak was ordered medium well, it came out about medium, requested it be cooked just a little bit longer. When it came back, it was beyond well done. Severely charred, burnt practically, very very dry.
After finally telling the server we needed a manager, the "manager" informed us that they can't promise a medium well or well done to be right.
??!!?. Sounds ridiculous for a " steakhouse". In addition, the service was terrible. Rarely checked on, no apology for the issues, and did not attempt to refill drinks until meal almost over. Tea glass setting empty at edge of table.
No plans on returning any time soon.

Ordered the ribeye steak its 42 dollars for a steak and when you pay that price you would expect it to be cooked correctly. I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked more medium well. It was tough and lacked in flavor badly. I even tried to use A1 and it didn't help much. The side salad wasn't anything to write home about either. I did let my waitress know about my steak and she was like oh well I'll see if we can get you some money off for it being messed up. It took close to an hour for us to get our food and they weren't even that busy. The cheesecake was pretty good though. So since my 42 dollar steak wasn't cooked right they gave me 1 cheesecake for free. Was really hoping it would have been better since it's close to us.

Been there before and it was great. Back again and got fried catfish, fries, and okra. Requested extra crispy on all. Got soggy, grease soaked everything. Sent back and came back more soggy. Had puddles of grease in our plates and okra bowls. Very disappointing. Thought we had our new place for dinners. Hopefully just a one night bad thing. Service was ok.
