We sat for 45 minutes waiting on an order of cheese fries and a burger while we could see the kitchen staff making tiktoks. There was only 4 other people in the restaurant when we got there and 3 other tables that came in got their food before us (one table had over 8 people). Once we asked where our food was they said they had made the burger wrong and were remaking it but our food came out cold. Meanwhile the bartender was outside fishing. Getting someone that can cook, we spent over 100.00 between two families. The wings were over cooked, my daughter got the chicken nachos, looked like a three day old rotten chicken. We will not be back and will tell other people that the food SUCKS!!!
Was hopeful with new management that there would be improvement as we love Caps. We were there on 05/16 and they were out of Bloody Mary mix, out of home fries, and food came out cold. Service was friendly, but slow.
