1st off the place had hardly any customers. That should have been my sign to run. Salsa plain no flavor and chips was ok. Service was horrible. We got ignored by several employees seem like forever until I had to go to my outside voice and demand services. Food was cold and was completely disappointed with no flavor. For my choice, I will never eat here again.

I wanted to leave a great review. But this place is not great. Never been to a Mexican restaurant that their was flavorless. That's the whole point of Mexican food. Suppose to be full of flavors. Next the service. It was actually great. The owner not so much. She needs to go to an Etiquette School. Learn some professionalism and respect. I will never be back.

Well my family and I ate here when it first opened. It wasn’t very busy at all but still took about an hour for my wife, one of my 2 boys, and my 3 girls to get their food. My oldest son and i’s food didn’t get brought out. After multiple attempts by the waitress to get our food and it still not be ready, we told the waitress she was doing an amazing job but we wanted to speak to the manager about the fact that we’re now 2 hours into our meal, everyone else is already done eating and me and my sons food still hasn’t come out. The waitress went back and told her manager that we wanted to talk to her and the manager literally told the waitress that she didn’t have time to deal with us.
Fast forward about 6 or 7 months. A lot of people have complained about this restaurant but here recently some people have been saying it’s gotten a lot better. I have to disagree. We decided to try it again tonight for dinner. There were about 4 tables being waited on so not busy at all. The waitress sat us down and took our drink order quickly. It took a little while for the drinks, chips and salsa to come out but not horrible. We noticed when she brought out our queso she accidentally stuck her thumb in the bowl. We thought that was gross but whatever. A little bit later we watched her go to another table away from any customers and she had her fingers in her mouth. My wife watched her to see if she washed her hands before waiting any more customers, and of course she didn’t. Well our food shows up, it took a little bit but no where near what it did the first time we went so that is an improvement. While waiting for our food I looked at and read some of the reviews and the biggest complaints I seen was bland food or messed up orders in which they make the waitresses pay for out of their pockets btw. Well our fajitas showed up and there was not a single grain of seasoning on that platter. We salted and peppered it to give it some kind of taste. Our kids said they liked their food even though it didn’t look very appetizing lol.
All in all it has definitely improved with getting orders out. The waitress we had this time was not as thorough as the last one was and left us waiting for extra tortillas, and missing silverware. Due to the bland flavors of the fajitas and our queso and after seeing the fingers in the mouth that were just inside of our queso, we will not be back and will stick with going to el magueys in sand springs.

I worked for about a good two days not only was I told not to come in but to leave early when it was busy my tables were taken and I was told to be taken from me by the manager but my tips were cut short and my hours were cut a few times. I was fired for making some inside jokes with my coworkers:| Foods really good I love the owner she's a sweet heart but they should probably look for a new manager. The other girls say that the manager has Hit on them (they are mostly under aged girls) foods good service is fast and good

Super charming Mexican restaurant with absolutely savory and authentic food run by the most delightful lady! Everytime I eat there I am NOT disappointed. The food presentation is beautiful, service is always polite and prompt, the owner greets every customer, and I always end up eating far too much because the food is too yummy to stop eating!! Love love love the spirit and atmosphere here!
