Ordered a McRib with no sauce because they always put too much and it's so messy. Came with sauce anyway. Also bun was so hard it was inedible. Had to throw the bun away and eat on my own bread. This is not the first time I have had issues. Im done with this McDonalds. Do better.

I just spent 45 MINUTES waiting for my order to be prepared and they still managed to rip me off and mess it up royally. Whats extra frustrating is I can't even go back to have it corrected because I am not willing to wait another 45 minutes. It is very rare that I go in there and my order is actually correct. But tonight I paid extra for extra cheese and there was ZERO cheese on my burger along with extra onions when I asked for none. Luckily, all of my kids food was correct. But if I'm paying extra, I expect to get what I paid for. Completely done with this McDonald's. I've given them way too many changes and nothing is ever done.

How can a McDonald’s be this bad? One thing with McDonald’s is it’s pretty consistent no matter where you are.. It’s fast you know what to expect with the food..but not here. This place is the slowest and rudest fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced. I have given this place a couple chances and it’s the same experience every single time ! The employees are running around like chickens with there heads cut off of there is more than 2 people in the restaurant, which is probable why they constantly just lock the doors when they are supposed to to be open for business . Sometimes the drive thru is even blocked off ! The food is NEVER fresh and your chances of getting the order you paid for are at about 5%.

This place is a joke and need to be shut down or put under new management! I’m not sure how you can wait 40 minutes for a fast food order and then the order be completely wrong ! And waiting 40 minutes you would think.. well maybe it will be fresh ? No. The fries soggy, lettuce completely Wilted. And if you order sauce you can forget about getting that. And the new golden sauce is 39cents a packet .. so you would think they would make sure you are getting what you pay for , NOPE. And after waiting 40 min for the wrong order if you approach the counter to tell them it’s wrong somehow you are attacked with attitude. How dare you get what you pay for !

Every time I order a pickup order I wait a MINIMUM of 10 minutes for my order to be brought out. I always have to call to even have them bring it out and they always are rude and the order ALWAYS is wrong. On the order today I waited 20 minutes outside , called at the 10 min mark and was told it was being bagged. After another 20 min I went inside . The girl acted confused and told me I would have to wait while she took orders at the counter . The drinks I ordered were sat on the counter and sat there for about 5 minutes before food came up. Got to the car and realized no sauces I ordered and paid for we’re in the bag , when I went back in I was told I had to wait AGAIN for her to take orders .. when I got back to the car and checked the food the order was wrong , the fries were soggy, drinks had no ice. I’m not sure how hard it is to read a ticket and put those items into a bag! Fast food was my first job at 14 and it’s pretty simple work- it’s a lack of caring and making an effort to provide good service to customers !

We drove thru to get 3 sausage cheese mcmuffins, a hashbrown and drinks. No fountain drinks its was down, ordered seet tea got Unsweetened tasted like sewer water, mcmuffins were all like bricks. 1st window lady was ok, pickup window literally tossed sack at my husband and slammed window shut. Definitely will not stop there again.
