Look when I got my food it was wrong and cold the fries were hard it took them going back through drive-thru show my order and they fixed it
I got food poisoning 3 times and my husband 1time. It was the sausage egg & cheese biscuits all 3 times for me. The sausage & eggs in the big breakfast for my husband. That was all he had eaten from the breakfast. So it has something to do with that. I'll never go back!

Poor service cold food. Don't even bother to order, just tell them to give you what ever they want. It's what they're going to do anyways.
Waited 20 minutes for my burger. The rest of my party had finished their meals and when I asked for a refund, the lady that took my order initially said "I just got here". Then they put the food they did have ready and brought to my table back in the warmers. I'm pretty sure that is a health violation or something.

Absolute worst McDonald’s I have been too. Being it a small town it should be the best. Management was not the best last year, even worse this year. Lobby closes down 3 hours early, grill closes down 2 hours early, no shake machine. What even is it here for?
