Normally they are great, they are quick, efficient and precise but today......i ordered 20 mc chicken sandwiches, i normally order a mixture of 24 burgers and mcchickens and they do great but today, the mayo was ridiculous, there was way to much and it was everywhere, it ruin ruined the sandwiches and wasted my money, if i wanted a mess I could have just asked my kids for free. Anyways that's my rant.

The last three times I’ve been to this McDonald’s through the drive-through. The service has been awful. Now I don’t mean the staff has been awful. I mean the overall service. I think the staff is doing the best that they can with what they have. They must be horribly understaffed. I ordered two hamburgers and an unsweet tea on my last visit. It took 20 minutes. Today I don’t know how long it would’ve took. I just drove off. There were four other cars waiting. Normally this McDonald’s has been good. The last two years I’ve been using. I don’t know what’s up the last two weeks.

Every time I go to the drive thru, the customer service I receive is great! Some of the young staff have been taught well by their parents (or management) and it shows. Food is pretty good and I generally get what I order.

To the Hispanic lady who told me she ran out of sweet and sour sauce. You forgot to give me the mild sauce for my breakfast burrito and my cup for my soda. Also... if i were to buy Mc Nuggets... would you really be out of sauce? I was willing to pay for the sauce but I guess my business isnt good enough or you just feel too entitled.

Drive thru. Order was wrong , but they fixed it. The quality was awful - small cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets, always unhealthy lol, have been the same at every McDonald's I've been to in decades. This time - the bun and fries was cold, the nuggets were overcooked and dry. I realize it's not fine dining - but my 3 year old ate 1 nugget only and I got through 1/2 the little burger.
Not too bad, but a little pricey.
