The last three times I’ve been to this McDonald’s through the drive-through. The service has been awful. Now I don’t mean the staff has been awful. I mean the overall service. I think the staff is doing the best that they can with what they have. They must be horribly understaffed. I ordered two hamburgers and an unsweet tea on my last visit. It took 20 minutes. Today I don’t know how long it would’ve took. I just drove off. There were four other cars waiting. Normally...
Every time I go to the drive thru, the customer service I receive is great! Some of the young staff have been taught well by their parents (or management) and it shows.

To the Hispanic lady who told me she ran out of sweet and sour sauce. You forgot to give me the mild sauce for my breakfast burrito and my cup for my soda. Also... if i were to buy Mc Nuggets... would you really be out of sauce? I was willing to pay for the sauce but I guess my business isnt good enough or you just feel too entitled.
