They don’t have metal silverware or a fountain drink station. How is that even possible for a sit down restaurant? Also was told i won free chicken wings but was charged for them. Not please with this location.

The place is clean enough. Food was decent, but the customer service is the absolute worst that I have ever seen. The younger girl was nice, but the older lady is probably the rudest person that I have ever been around…especially, in a place of business! She is hateful and short with the customers, mumbles snide remarks, and is an embarrassment to that establishment. A group of older women and a man came in to eat and she was so incredibly rude to them. I felt terrible for them. I would encourage everyone to eat ANYwhere besides this place when in Marlow! It’s not worth the hatefulness that you’ll endure from the staff…or at least from the older lady!

Food is ok, but I was told 15 to 20 for my carry out pizza, and when I arrived 20 minutes later I was told it will be another 15 to 20 minutes. No apologies, no discounts, just poor quality service and a whole lot of extra time to write this review while waiting on my pizza when I should have already been on my way. Do not trust the time they give you.

Food was good, but they were out of a lot of common things like water, stuffed crust, and ranch. Server didn’t know whose order was whose, toilet wasn’t very clean, it was cold in the dining area, and poor hospitality, but the food was good.
I ordered online and it made ordering exactly what I wanted very easy. I went and picked up my order and it was hot out of the oven. It was made exactly as I ordered it and was fantastic !!

I understand nobody likes dealing with customers close to closing time.. Lady with red hair and glasses is a completely inconsiderate and disrespectful person. I apologized for making my order an hour before closing (since the website says 11pm) and I’m not from here. She made a snooty remark after I stated the sonic down the street closed early as well. Not my fault she has to cook my food.
