Would give 0 if possible 15 minutes for a slush. They randomly turn off their online ordering they charged me for a drink then weren't even open and then made me as the customer jump through hoops to get my drink

Stopped in for a couple shakes, a drink and some chicken bites. Waited a long time. Then still longer after the screen said the order was being delivered. Finally someone came to the car and asked if we got a bacon cheese burger. We had not. Waited some more. Then someone came out with the chicken and the drink. I asked about the shakes. He looked puzzled and said he'd check. Waited some more. Finally he came back with the shakes. The shakes were pretty melted, and by the time they came the chicken was cold, but we had already spent too much time waiting and left. So, the funny thing is, we hadn't been to this sonic in a couple years because the service was so terrible. Thought we'd give it a try, guess it hasn't changed.

The food was some of the best sonic burgers I have eaten from sonic. Kudos to the cook!!!! The car hop was a very polite young man!!!! This manager has them well trained! Thank you for being awesome.

We have always liked Marlow Sonic. Except, my husband always orders a strawberry limeade slush. 90 % of the time it is wrong. I always order on the app. App says it has real lime included. It hardly ever is included. And shouldnt the lime be squeezed to actually get the flavor in your drink? And it is hardly ever stirred. Do you know how hard it is to stir a 44oz slush with real strawberrys at the bottom. Brenda, please teach all your drink preparer's to add the lime and to stir it please. Unless I am wrong, then please let me know .
Staff straight up told me they weren't smart enough to turn on the fryers in the morning and then still charged me for my online order after not being able to make it and agreeing to cancel it and refund me

This is got to be one of the worst Sonics that I have ever been to and believe me the only reason I go there is for their drinks because their food is crap, but here's my question why does it take 20 minutes for one drink to the point you made me late for my meeting and I still left with no drink crappy crappy need to close it down or get a better manager the management and the crew are crap

Absolutely atrocious service. I sat and watched them mess with my order for over 20 minutes through the window after arriving 2 minutes past the 8:58pm pick up time. Do better children, do better.

This used to be the best sonic around. Now our order is never right. We order breakfast burritos a lot and even when asking for extra bacon and paying for it, there will be barely a slice on there. Could be management asking them to do this, but it’s ridiculous. It’s more like an egg burrito than anything. We don’t have many options around here and I wish it could get better like it used to be.
