Had my husband stop to get us something and they gave him my drink that was completely melted. If you have half a brain you would know to wait to make the drink or at least give it to the person as they wait for the hot food. While in the drive thru
The order taker & car hop had great charisma & an enjoyment. Food was great. Hot & favorable. Even being super busy delivery was surprisingly quick. Thankful for the guy with the courtesy tray as there was no ketchup in the bag for my fries, tots or onion rings.
It's not that the food isn't good. The service is hot or miss mostly based on their staffing. They will always fix what's wrong no problems at all. Sometimes you have to sit there over 10 minutes just to get them to take your order.
