A vanilla milkshake is not a cookie dough milkshake guy who was working the window tonight. You suck.

VERY hungry! So I went inside to get some food. Waited 6 minutes at the counter for one of the many employees to take my order. They were on their phones and chatting it up. They couldn’t have cared less about helping me. So I left. Never coming back to this store. Just go to the other one in town. Apparently they have better management.

Food was not fresh. It was cold

Is customer service a thing of the past? Would it kill for a smile or a thank you or even a have a nice day?

Crowded at 2pm

Horrible customer service the older lady that works the window let our food sit in the window for more than 5 mins and someone else handed us our food. The food was nasty we didn’t even leave the parking lot we drove to the front so we wouldn’t hold up the line and they wanted a receipt and gave us hell.. Quality control is not at this location.

Got breakfast on a time crunch got parked for “fresh food” and waited 10 minutes and it wasn’t fresh at all the breakfast sandwich was Cold and the bread wasn’t toasted and the hashbrowns were also cold too and not fresh.

Burger was good. I like that Braum’s has Greek yogurt & cottage cheese as combo meal options. Service was good and of course the sundae & milkshake was delicious.

I ordered a shake, paid for it. Expected the lady to start making it because she got the cup , turned around and saw 4 guys come in. Puts my cup at the register, takes all 4 orders. The guys actually got their burgers, fries and drinks before my shake was made 15 minutes later by a different lady that asked to take my order... again. So I tell her I ordered a shake before all those guys came in and they are already eating. I will NEVER come back to this Braums. I should have learned my lesson the last time through when the coffee was just dirty water. Yuck! Don't go here. They all have really bad attitudes!
