I literally give up. I’ve been here six times in the last five months. The service is terrible. I don’t even get an opportunity to rent the food because I don’t get my food.
I always start with the bartender times that I’ve gotten past my cocktail. I have been moved to the dining room when that happens. The food is good. I have yet to find a bartender that can even spell service. Tonight is my last.

This Chili's is the highlight of this small town. The evening I went for dinner, it was really busy with noth regular seating and the bar area full of customers. Our waitress was awesome and knew we needed something before we even asked. My soup was warm, not hot, to which I was a little put off by it, but I still ate it. My friend's food was great; no issues.

For a chain food this particular chili was not bad. It seems like the manager cook and some of their staff care about what they serve

Ordered 2 drinks and an appetizer from Sarah. They brought three drinks. Then she proceeded to tell me after we waited for half an hour that half the stuff we ordered on our triple dipper was not available then brought mostly cold chicken and burgers and 3 fresh chicken tenders. Then proceeded to overcharge me for 3 drinks instead of two and then begged you to leave her a good review for her hours to be better. I've worked many years in the food industry and the service we got tonight was a joke. I love chilis and the atmosphere and service we got tonight was a complete joke. 2/10 would just go to Sonic for a better time

Good personal

A typical Chili's, and that's not a bad thing. I could count on a good meal, though the service was lacking. The table of six young guys next to me was way more appealing to the young lady serving both tables.

Went in at 2:30 in the afternoon as a party of 4. Wanted to sit in the bar area to watch the football game but were told the bar area was closed. Noticed a couple was sat in the bar area after we were made to sit in the dining room

Britney is a really good bartender and an awesome person, she's cool as a refrigerator. The dry rub ribs were off the chain...
