Very disappointed in the food quality and service. We were served the wrong cut of meat, it wasn't cooked correctly. Some food was even served in to go containers.

The worse food and service I have ever experienced! Customers are not a priority. There was only 4 people there, they weren’t busy at all!

ordered a Caesar salad. We got iceberg lettuce on a plate, that is it. Old, brown, iceberg lettuce on a plate, no dressing - nothing else except old brown lettuce on a plate. When we complained, they brought us a bowl of Parmesan cheese, and croutons. That is it, that is their version of a Caesar salad at Chili’s. absolutely horrible, obviously whoever makes the “salad” has no fuc$ing idea how to make a Caesar salad. or even the correct ingredients for that salad. when we complain to the waitress, she simply commented that Yep it looks bad and it sure is expensive……..And we still had to pay for it.
