I’m from Dallas Tx . We came to McAlester , as we pass by . We see Jaz’s Cajun , so we decided to pull over and try it out . So far one of the best place to eat Carfish in Oklahoma! Hands down ! Customer service is awesome! Love the Fry catfish !!
The fried catfish was battered and seasoned very well nicely. It was fried just right ✅️ with a decent crunch ? and it tasted good.I had the crawfish po boy with the redbeans and ? rice.It was fried and battered also with a decent crunch. Only problem I could not taste the crawfish the catfish po boy would have been better.

Decided to take the business route north into town and found Jaz's. Great food and service. My wife loved the catfish and fried green tomatoes. Red beans and rice are really good as well. Simple restaurant and great service. Would definitely come back!
