I loved this location when I first tried it. My sandwich was packed with meat and veggies, and it was perfect. I was hooked. However, everytime I order, it seems like the sandwiches just contain less and less ingredients, or is wrong in some way. Last time my bacon ranch chicken cheese steak sandwich had hot honey sauce on it, instead of ranch. I about died, I can not do spicy at all! Last night, I ordered my usual as always, bacon ranch chicken cheese steak, and there was hardly any meat on it, and absolutely no lettuce at all. I did not make any adjustments to the sandwich when ordering. My family ordered 5 sandwiches last night and all of them either had hardly any ingredients in them, missing some ingredients, or the bread was wrong. I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s just getting worse every time we order. My family said they are not ordering from Jersey Mike’s for our weekly Tuesday night gatherings anymore.

They were not busy at all, in fact there wasn’t any other customers in there, and did not appear that they were working on any other orders either.

My husband and I regularly travel through McAlester from AR to TX, and we stopped through as it’s our halfway point, quickly placing an online order. By no mistake of their own, we got the wrong sandwich and realized 15 min down the road. Caleb happily offered to make the correct sandwich for us. We will be back, thanks so much!

To the customers: Place is clean. People are nice and professional. Staff helpful. For us, the food was just lacking in every way in flavor. We've tried multiple locations and the same story. I think they have bland food and maybe it because we are from Louisiana and food in general in oklahoma is like that but still that my opinion and im sticking to it.
To jersey mikes: do better with your recipes. If you would like tips come talk to my wife. Learn the way the force...
