Went bc it reopened.. but surprisingly not as good as in the past. Bacon burnt, and overworked staff. For 35 dollars ( breakfast for 2 seniors) I would have expected a better experience.
I’ll give it a few weeks, may try again

We love venturing out for diners and ran across Kathy’s Country Kitchen. Wow! Super cute atmosphere, talk about home cooking 👅💦 great service from the owner Kathy. Reasonable prices. Best coffee ever. We will be back.

From Texas. I went to mcalester, ok with my wife to see her mom. Stopped here for some food. The food was amazing and so was the service. 10/10 would recommend.

The gravy was lumpy and cold it had an of taste that was soured. The biscuits were at least a day old. Asked to take them off ticket she says no but he's making fresh. No thanks.

This was our first visit, so I understand that everyone can have a bad day. Our server was very friendly as well as the rest of the staff. Our food was underwhelming. We had breakfast. The hash browns were under cooked, the eggs weren't cooked to order, and the steak was so tough you couldn't chew it. Also, the steak tasted on the verge of rancid. We did mention it to the waitress, and she did what she could do. But we won't be coming back.
