The last few times that I have gotten food from this KFC, they have forgotten at least one thing on my meal. This time, I ordered a double order of mashed potatoes and they gave me fries instead. My sister and I went through the drive thru a couple of weeks ago and the guy taking orders kept cutting her off and was extremely rude. Saturday February 1st around 10 am. Called Mcalester KFC for health concern. Manager Denice was rude without provication, disconnected. Asked face to face. She didnt know her job, and was talking smack to her workers about me before i even left the store. I recorded the in store disrespect. I will Be posting the video and contacting local Tulsa/Oklahoma city news as well as youtubers who like to make viral vids...

KFC is a clean restaurant with hot and fresh food. The staff, particularly Autumn, are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Autumn's customer service skills are exceptional, making customers feel welcome and valued. The location is convenient, and even the restrooms are surprisingly clean. Customers can order at the counter or use self-order kiosks, which is a nice feature. The managers and staff are always friendly, professional, and genuine, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They work quickly to serve meals like the Chicken just like customers like. While the restaurant may have had some off days, the food is generally good, and the staff work hard to provide a great experience. The overall service is consistently friendly, making every visit enjoyable.
