Food was very poorly packaged, literally thrown in there. We didn’t get our sauces. This is not ok. This is horrible. It’s not hard to put the things in the boxes and make it look presentable. Food is also cold after waiting on it for 20 minutes.

The chicken was incredibly disappointing—dry, flavorless, and clearly left sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. It’s nothing like the fresh, golden chicken I’ve had at KFC in Australia, where it’s perfectly cooked, juicy, and slides right off the bone. That’s the standard I expected, but unfortunately, this location fell far short.
If you’re local, skip this place and try Charlie’s Chicken instead. Yes, they’re a bit more expensive, but their chicken is consistently fresh and well-prepared, making it worth every penny.
To make matters worse, the staff here were unprofessional, and the cashier seemed strung out, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Experiences like this make me wish food quality and service standards in the U.S. were stricter to keep places like this accountable. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Worst sweet tea I've had. Literally tasted like dish soap. The sandwich was good but soggy from too much sauce. They apparently discontinued the baked beans which is what I get every time so I got Fries. They charged me 29 cents per Sauce. Ridiculous and not worth it.

I come in on a Thursday 430 pm and am told they have 0 dark meat like how do you run a business and don’t know how to correctly order and keep this store stocked ridiculous won’t come to this location again and it’s sad because this is the only one near me I would have to drive 75 miles to the next one

A large fry is the same as small basically, always check for your sauces and make sure all your food is there before you leave. I’m a regular customer at this location, I love KFC however this location needs to step it up a bit.

I ordered a 6 piece chicken meal and the whole staff was incredibly rude and refused service when I didn’t pull forward. There was no one else in the drive through or I would’ve kindly done so.
They messed up my order. I order two chicken sandwiches and somehow they decided that two chicken strips on a bun is a chicken sandwich.

The bathroom was DISGUSTING. Neither of the ladies stalls had locks you had to hold it close. There was feces all over the seat.
The food was gross as well, our famous bowls had no corn and was entirely gravy.
