Every time you go in, they never have anything ready.So they might as well take that hot and ready off the door.

My husband took our little grandbabies to get pizza last night! After he waited for service for 5 minutes he had to leave. He told me he could hear the employees in the back talking. One of them came thru the front door and went into the back where they continued talking and visiting. Horrible store! We will never go there again! My husband was so mad when he got home, the babies cried thinking they would get no pizza. But nana saved the day and got a great pizza from Casey's.

Came in here about 30 minutes ago on Saturday at 445pm. Multiple associates in the back. Me and my 2 little grandsons waiting 4 to 5 minutes and they never came out to help us. You guys suck

They don't add the right amount of pepperonis and their pizzas are poorly made.. it's not bad taste but you don't get what you pay for

I can say that this new crew and managers is alot friendlier and helpful then the last ones. When we were there they were all busy doing what they we supposed to but also very attentive to the customers. The pizza are also better somehow. If you were turned off from the previous crew or the pizza itself, I would definitely give it another try.

These people don't know how to cook a pizza or to cut it. 2nd time, not impressed. Long wait times both times. Had to remake my pizza and it still was messed up. Undercooked crust and overcooked and uneven cheese.
