Don’t eat here!! There’s mold in the back speaking as a former employee. The “manager” Holly acts like a child and is extremely petty. Fired an employee due to a miscommunication on her end and when confronted about it she lied.

Customer service was lacking. Never greeted by employee, he just went to register and looked at me. I decided to say hello, how are you are, and got no reply. I than just placed order. This was an hour until close. Try to get a house salad, employee said the salad bar was closed and couldnt get a salad. However there were still several dinning in customers. Food was bland, no flavor.

Called in an order they said it would be ready in 20 minutes or less but when I got there 30 minutes later I still had to wait another 20 minutes because they claimed the calzone got misplaced because they were so busy and they didn't offer a discount or partial refund of any kind. By the time I got the calzone my toasted ravioli were cold. I would be more likely to have believed them if they had said they forgot to make it. Then with the smirk look on the young employees faces as the food was handed to me I decided I didn't trust the food and insisted on a refund and refused the food. I don't recommend this location to anyone.

Unmanaged! Ordered “Kens” pizza which has spicy sauce and thin crust, thats what makes it a Kens. Arrived thick crust and cinnamon taste on bottom. Also ordered “sauced”wings mild buffalo, received dry chicken chunks. Granted it was memorial day, but the store was open so you would assume they were prepared for business.

I was there for the lunch buffet. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous.
The salad bar looked fresh and well stocked but had little to choose from.
The pizza? Not good. The crust was cracker thin and there was not much for sauce, cheese or toppings.
This was my first visit and it will be my last.

I asked for a large, I got a medium. I asked for extra cheese [ didn't get it.
I paid for the extras but I didn't get th em. Over 30.00 dollars for a medium pizza and a salad.

Great food

I'm giving one star because I have never been able to get ahold of anybody on the telephone to order a carry out pizza. at first, I thought, well, maybe there's a reason and I go to the website and it said temporarily closed, but every time I drive by when it says temporarily closed, they're open serving people inside. I will never give mazzios my business.Because the management doesn't want to answer calls to allow carry out pizzas

Good food. Great service from this team. Pizza was fresh and perfectly baked. We felt the service and freshness of the food added that extra effect that will bring us back on next trip through the area.

I used to love going to mazzios buffet, I'm sure it wasn't the employees, corporate most likely, ruined my happy experience. The buffet was lousy, the pizza choices were lousy, and the salad was lousy. I hate there for my birthday and was extremely disappointed. The employees were nice, but the food and environment were lousy!

The quality of the pizza here wasn’t nearly as good as other Mazzio’s locations. The service was friendly, but the pizza just wasn’t very good, and we normally love Mazzio’s pizza.

I worked here as a delivery driver. They used that as an excuse to have me wash dishes through the buffet hours while the managers take the deliveries. In 3 weeks I took maybe 10 deliveries. The kitchen is disgusting and they don’t practice any standards of sanitation or cleanliness. The server Jordan is allowed by management to demand money from and harass co workers without repercussion. Other Mazzio’s may be ok. But this one is not. DO NOT GO THERE..
