I've not had a great opinion of this location since coming to mcalester. im absolutely a huge fan of mazzios , until using this location. Ive worked for mazzios in 2 locations today I decided to give the mcalester store another chance which I immediately regretted. Not only was it the worst taco pizza I've eaten it was likely the worst pizza I've had period . I ate 1 slice and the rest will go in the trash I've given them repeated chances to put out something decent and haven't had a good experience yet with mcalesters store the youngman that deliverd was the only positive I can offer he was quick polite professional and pleasant that's something I guess .

First time to order delivery here. I ordered 3 items, they delivered 2 after a 60 minute wait. I called, they admitted the omission and said they were bringing it now. I live less than 5 minutes away, so 30 minutes later, I called to cancel it. I requested a refund on the item and the $3.00 delivery fee. The individual on the phone said that the delivery fee could not be refunded...despite the major failure. She said "Well, you got the other 2 items." No offer of a coupon or online discount code for future orders. No attempt to retain a customer. In summary, pick up your order here rather than delivery, and check the order entirely. Domino's has my business.

This is now the second time we have waited OVER 40 minutes for two sandwiches. There was one other group of two in the whole store. The service is awful at this place. Would not recommend to anyone. 0/10

Took forever to get one large supreme pizza. Pizza was undercooked and there was no pepperoni on the pizza. Staff said new people in the kitchen and did remake the pizza. Newly made pizza was still undercooked but by this time we just took the pizza and put in the oven at home. Salad bar was good. Won’t be returning to this location.

I was very disappointed in the amount , the supreme Pizza was hardly nothing on it , it was the the smallest amount I have ever had on a pizza. The all meat callozone was all bread and a hardly any pizza. I always thought this was the best in town but never again . Whoever was on duty to make them needs more training.
They wouldn’t answer the phone so I used Doordash.. they didn’t send part of our order and still won’t answer the

I'm not sure how they consistently deliver wrong orders. This has happened to me three times in just over a month. A supreme was ordered and an all cheese was delivered. I strongly advise orders are thoroughly checked before ordering or delivering. I will not be a returning customer.

I ordered online for a crustless pizza no sauce. Order had red sauce and cool. Called and lady was rude slamming phone down after conversation. I regularly buy from mazzios. They got order wrong why should she be mad at me? Almost scared to eat the food. I asked for food to be delivered since I had been there I was only a quarter mile away.Dietary restrictions: Keto
