Lunch buffet was excellent! Stephanie & her crew were attentive & pleasant. The food was good, the salad bar was fresh & well stocked. I mostly come for the salad, but the pizza was hot & fresh! I might make this a daily lunch hot spot! Thanks Pizza Hut!

UPDATE: made my order with the coupon and ordered other items to meet the order minimum and they didn’t give me my drink or blue cheese dressing. This is the last time I order from this Pizza Hut. I’ll be having dominos deliver next time.
UPDATE: last nights order was late. Received a code by email for a free large pizza that says online delivery offer and manager said the code can’t be used for delivery. How am I supposed to pick up an order when I am in an electric wheelchair. Either this establishment needs to be retrained or turned into a dominos.
Is this location even open? I have placed my order and haven’t received it. It’s passed the ETA. Order is stuck on preparing.

All tvs off, no music, salad bar had lettuce, pickles, eggs.and dressing only and was told it was full price, no parmesan cheese, not even packets, no tomato's for sandwiches or a new pizza they had, had to find a waitress and ask for refills, when pizza brought to table it was dropped onto the table, corporate did give coupons for this visa,

Not sure why this place has this many bad reviews. Ordered food last night, the lady on the phone suggested the spicy garlic wings which I had never had and they were excellent. I'm a very picky eater and the pizza and wings were both hot and fresh, also cooked perfectly. I haven't had pizza hut in several years and the food and service reminded me of the pizza hut I grew up on. Was told 30-40 minutes for delivery and it took 20 minutes tops pizza was fresh out of the oven almost to hot to hold on to the bottom of the box upon delivery. The chicken was hot, fresh, and crispy.

The manager was very mean towards me when I ordered my pizza and I could tell his employees were struggling but he was just walking around on his phone and not helping.

Old salad bar, old ingredients used to make the pizza, limp cheese sticks. Staff was loud and inconsiderate of dine-in guests while in the kitchen. When confronted with sub par standards waitress offered to "reheat" pizza and then proceeded to attempt to get belligerent when I refused that offer. She lied and said she "just made that dough". Anyone who has worked at a pizza restaurant knows dough is made in the morning and has to sit. I want fresh ingredients not a twice baked old pizza.

The manager that was at the front, I think his name was Glenn, was very negative, he seemed like he didn't like me. I saw someone scratch their butt and touch my pizza. I also found one long strand of hair on my food. It also felt like he was very mean to his staff and was mean to them. I would recommend dominoes because they aren't stinky and mean like pizza hut.

Ordered a pizza at 8pm, delivery time kept getting pushed back. Called at an hour was told it’s on its way. At hour two was told it will get there when it gets there. I politely said just go ahead and cancel the order.
