Ordered a my hut box with a personal pan pizza with spicy marinara and paid extra for basil pesto drizzle. We get home and not only is there no pesto drizzle but no sauce ither! We call the store to let them know and of course first thing said is it says no sauce when the ticket clearly reads no classic sauce spicy marinara! They are agreeing to fix it and deliver it and we will be back but they need to learn to slow down and read the tickets especially when they had a whole crew and were dead!

We went there after an appointment and we're ignored from the start...we should have left then, but my grandson was hungry. We seated ourselves and were told we had close to 25 more minutes before the pizza was ready so we asked if we could go ahead and get our salad from the salad bar and the waitress just walked away...so we made our salads! There was no meats/tomatoes/vegetables and there were packets of ketchup and packages of salad dressing...? The tables were dirty and it was opening time...? Just not a good atmosphere.

I had a hankering for pizza and a cold beer. I went to the Hut on a recommendation from the hotel. Pizza was fine, but this place does not sell beer. This, I do not understand.

Lunch buffet was excellent! Stephanie & her crew were attentive & pleasant. The food was good, the salad bar was fresh & well stocked. I mostly come for the salad, but the pizza was hot & fresh! I might make this a daily lunch hot spot! Thanks Pizza Hut!

UPDATE: made my order with the coupon and ordered other items to meet the order minimum and they didn’t give me my drink or blue cheese dressing. This is the last time I order from this Pizza Hut. I’ll be having dominos deliver next time.
UPDATE: last nights order was late. Received a code by email for a free large pizza that says online delivery offer and manager said the code can’t be used for delivery. How am I supposed to pick up an order when I am in an electric wheelchair. Either this establishment needs to be retrained or turned into a dominos.
Is this location even open? I have placed my order and haven’t received it. It’s passed the ETA. Order is stuck on preparing.

All tvs off, no music, salad bar had lettuce, pickles, eggs.and dressing only and was told it was full price, no parmesan cheese, not even packets, no tomato's for sandwiches or a new pizza they had, had to find a waitress and ask for refills, when pizza brought to table it was dropped onto the table, corporate did give coupons for this visa,
