well I called in an order at 5:05 to be ready at 5:40 . simple order wings and salad. went to pick up at 5:40. got to the window and gave my name. he went to find my order and then asks if it's under another name and I said no. he asked what I ordered and I tell him. then a woman comes to the window to tell me they JUST found my order at it will be about 20 minutes to get it ready!!!! I Just said forget it and left. this is the second time this has happened.
