We ordered the great Stromboli from simple Simons and McAllister. When we picked it up it was Canadian bacon and bacon on the calzone. We had ordered it from the simple Simons website. We called the store and told them that what we had ordered on the website wasn’t what we got. We looked on the website and it described the great Stromboli is having hamburger meat, mustard, and cheddar. we called a simple Simons and and explained it to them. She said that the great Stromboli had always been a Canadian bacon calzone we offered to send a screenshot of the website. She said that that it didn’t matter if we did or not that they didn’t have a phone to send it to you. She said that that they weren’t affiliated with the website that she said that they were a privately owned store tried to come up with some kind of agreement to get what we ordered and she just started arguing she told us that Next time we would have to order something different. She then said that if if we wanted to not come back then that might be better.

I have been a customer for years I will never be back for 3 reason. First it was 30 minutes after I ordered and my calsone was not even in the oven. Secondthe lady behind the counter cussed me out and accused me of trying to scam something when I asked who to complain to for the excessive wait, by the way she flipped out she's on something probably meth. Third the other girl in the back was digging in her butt. I'm calling the health department and the city.

About two months ago, I ordered a large order of BBQ Wings and was told 20 minutes to pick up. I arrived at the 30 minute mark. The wings were not ready and had notveven been started due to the cashier having to go outside and bring the cook in. I left the establishment without the order. Yesterday I ordered a medium order of BBQ Wings and the order was on time. When getting home it was discovered that they were hot wings instead. Beware customers.

Kid-friendliness: It's a convenience store with a simple Simon's pizza inside it. Most people order to go but there are a few tables for those wanting to stay. No waitress, you order and take care of yourself. Staff helps if you need it. They are friendly and professional.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's no ramp but there is also no curb so it's not really needed. If you don't have your own ramp or lift to load and unload from your car it can be troubling.
