Great place to get a burger in McAlester. Renae the night manager came out and asked us personally how our burgers tasted and if it was made to my order. That's awesome service and shows she is willing to go that extra mile to ensure the customer is pleased. Thank you Renae for your kindness and great attitude!!!
I messed up on my order and I asked to talk to the manager Rene. She was so super sweet, kind, and just overall helpful. She helped me fix my order and showed me how I can do it for next time. She was just WONDERFUL.
We used to really like coming to this sonic location but the last several times we've come here there's been at least a 20 minute wait even when we order ahead in the app. Our drinks are always too full and spill onto the lids as soon as we get them and gets our car messy. They forget our sauces half the time too. I prefer the krebs location.
