I’m traveling so I can’t drive back to get the order right but how do you forget the flavor in the latte? I asked for sugar free vanilla and didn’t taste any. I also asked for a pump of white mocha but that didn’t even make it on the receipt. This tastes like bitter bean water with a tiny bit of skim milk. I felt guilty for asking for water so I tipped on top of that. I just paid almost $8 for water because I can’t even drink this coffee. Must be out of sleeves as well 🫲🏼🔥

LOVE our Starbs. I'm addicted. I basically work to afford my morning Starbs during the school year (teacher life). I always love the great customer service and interaction with staff. W has been there a long time and always very nice! Keep up the great work!

I hate it that I still go to Starbucks. I hate Starbucks so much. They’re so political and they make me feel unwelcome, but the coffee is tasty. At least this time the people were nice to me. Usually, I get treated like trash.

Order was a simple grande cappuccino with an extra shot at the drive through. When we got our coffee and went to park and add sugar, there is a third to maybe half a cup of coffee. So we took it in to be remade, the employee rudely says “I can make it again but it will just be the same”. If management doesn’t get ahold of training on how to make coffee, and customer service pretty quickly I will definitely quit going. 💯

For years I’ve been ordering the same drink and the order is correct 30% of the time. I have never complained and I have never left a review but from this point going forward I will be leaving a review on every trip.
The sticker on the cup is correct, the drink is missing items. (No Extra Carmel drizzle and Cinnamon powder)
Make the drink correct and you’ll get a good review, make it wrong and you get a bad one.

Someone threw up all over the bathroom. The employees standing nearby didn’t warn me before I tried to go in. I opened the door and immediately stepped and slid in the vomit. I asked the employees in the hall if they were aware of the situation. They said yes. I asked why there wasn’t a sign and that they didn’t warn me if they knew about it. They said ‘We’re getting on it’. The store had just a few customers. It would’ve been nice for a warning before I stepped in someone else’s vomit when they saw me walking straight to the bathroom and opening the door.
