I hate it that I still go to Starbucks. I hate Starbucks so much. They’re so political and they make me feel unwelcome, but the coffee is tasty. At least this time the people were nice to me. Usually, I get treated like trash.

Order was a simple grande cappuccino with an extra shot at the drive through. When we got our coffee and went to park and add sugar, there is a third to maybe half a cup of coffee. So we took it in to be remade, the employee rudely says “I can make it again but it will just be the same”. If management doesn’t get ahold of training on how to make coffee, and customer service pretty quickly I will definitely quit going. 💯

For years I’ve been ordering the same drink and the order is correct 30% of the time. I have never complained and I have never left a review but from this point going forward I will be leaving a review on every trip. The sticker on the cup is correct, the drink is missing items. (No Extra Carmel drizzle and Cinnamon powder) Make the drink correct and you’ll get a good review, make it wrong and you get a bad one.

Someone threw up all over the bathroom. The employees standing nearby didn’t warn me before I tried to go in. I opened the door and immediately stepped and slid in the vomit. I asked the employees in the hall if they were aware of the situation. They said yes. I asked why there wasn’t a sign and that they didn’t warn me if they knew about it. They said ‘We’re getting on it’. The store had just a few customers. It would’ve been nice for a warning before I stepped in someone else’s vomit when they saw me walking straight to the bathroom and opening the door.

There is flies everywhere. While waiting for my drink, I was standing there watching the flies crawl all over the bag of food sitting waiting to be picked up. The drinks waiting to be picked up, look like they have sat there for an hour. I ordered a drink with extra caramel drizzle, I did not get extra drizzle. I told them and she person working tells me that is extra and refuses to fix it. Horrible customer service!!
I didn't get food, but the drink was great !! Fast friendly service !!

It was a gloomy day today and sipping a nice hot chocolate would’ve been perfect. I got a nasty taste of hot chocolate! No hint of hot chocolate! I even stirred the bottom part thinking that the sweet part might’ve settled. But it was no good! Please refrain from ordering this one at this store! I’m not sure if the barista there were just so focused with the new fall drinks and didnt care about their staples. I love SB but no going back to this store.

Hello, I ordered a coffee and a hot tea. When my name was called there was 2 coffees and no hot tea. When I told the girl I only ordered one, she very rudely and dismissively said "that was my order so that's what I made" and walked away. My 70 yo mother went up and had asked for her hot tea, the same woman came over and asked "what's the problem?" And my mother explained we ordered a hot tea which she replied "oh I know that, we're out of breakfast blend" but again in a very very rude tone. To now a 70 year old woman! I couldn't get her name but she has long dark brown hair and glasses. Extremely rude and treated not just us and other customers like trash. Other workers were very friendly. This Starbucks should be ashamed of the specific employee for how she represents their store. Also not sure how it usually is but there were mo sugar or anything to put in her tea.
