Stood in line for 15 minutes while 2 employees only focused on the drive thru. 1 kept promising to take our order but never did and I was 2nd in line. Oh and the manager sat at a table and continued to watch it while on the phone.

On Saturday 12/13/25 I ordered 2 drinks. After 30 minutes I had to inquire about them. They said they are busy. I told them that the people that ordered after us got their drinks, drank them and left already. They looked around and found our cups placed behind the equipment and failed to complete the order. They walked away with no apologies or explanation. They finally filled the order 5 minutes later. Nothing said.

A manager and three workers, one who was actually making drinks, stood staring at me and wouldnt come over to take my order. I was the only customer inside. After a long wait, one worker who kept looking around like she wanted someone else to do it finally came and took my order. The whole time she acted like she couldn't be bothered. For the prices charged you should do better.

Worst Starbucks ever. It is filthy - trash overflowing, counters dirty. Order took over 30 minutes to fulfill. Warmed Bakery item sat out on the counter and was cold by the time the drink was complete. You could not hear the person calling names, so everyone’s waiting orders were getting manhandled. Gross.

Okay I am not the type of person that writes reviews about places, but this is the second time that this has happened to me. No, I don’t know if it’s the type of drink that I’m getting but anyone else that has ordered this drink has had a full cup. I’m really upset because this drink is amazing but I’m paying for a Venti when I’m getting the amount of a tall.

The Starbucks in McAlester Oklahoma is by far the best Starbucks I've ever been in! Clean, friendly staff and as a Starbucks customer for 20 plus years! I have been in 100's of Starbucks in my life so that says alot! Scott the Manager and Kaydence whom work there are top tier!!!

I've been to several Starbucks and this is by far the best,cleanest and friendliest one I've ever been too. The manager and shift supervisor are the best. They make sure your drinks are perfect and satisfactory. I've never had the wrong drink...

I loved ittt I went through the drive through and a sweet blonde lady served us in the drive through and our drinks were deliciousss my dad loved the coffee they made for him we kept talking about how good they made his coffee and my matcha on the car ride and we are big coffee people and I love matcha too so we just had to make a review I definitely recommend this Starbucks!!
