I've eaten at this Subway a few times. The service is Always great. The young people that are employed here are sociable, efficient, and quick. The food is Excellent! The store is SUPER clean. Combine all these and you have a really nice upbeat atmosphere whether you are dining in or getting it to go. They are pretty much always stocked. They play music in the background and the bathrooms are spic and span! EVERY time. I definitely, highly recommend and prefer this Subway Location over the others in McAlester.

I called for 6 fresh baked cookies about 5 minutes ago. Which they have made for me several times before. I hear the guy ask someone if he should tell me that they don't have any cookies. I just hung up. Very unprofessional. I will not be going to this location again. The one by Arvest Bank.

They marked the order as complete at 7:09 but haven't even started it at 7:16. Teach your people to do their job or fire them. They are wasting customers times. Edit: about 20 minutes late and they still messed up my order. Not toasted and missing half of my order. Fire whoever is working tonight

My boyfriend and I ordered two meatball subs to-go from this location. We waited about 30 minutes for our order which was a little long but fine. We get home and this is what we get? Basically no sauce on the sandwich just the meatballs and cheese. Not to mention the bread was completely stale and crumbling. Just awful. It was 7:30pm which to me is still “dinner time” why is there no sauce for the meatballs and why is the bread stale? When I reached out to the location about the poor quality I was informed I would not receive a refund after spending almost $25 on food we would not eat. I will not be returning to this location, and neither should you.

Ordered a salad, and the lady must've thought I was an inconvenience, I asked for cheese, she sprinkled a few crumbs over my meat, and when I asked if that was all she had, she said she had to go get more. She took the container and went to the back and brought back some more, but I had to ask for enough cheese to show on my salad. She then put very minimum lettuce and other items. When I got to check out she told the young man we( husband and I) got extra cheese. Never again will I go to this Subway! Walmart or Savanna are SO MUCH BETTER! Salad bowls were only about 3/4 full.... 😡 I wish I could post the pics...

Place is good but the lady working is not very kind to the new male employee. He was nervous and made a few mistakes and she was not patient with him at all. Please be kinder to your new employees.

The manager they have now is very entitled and rude. Instead of explaining any changes she automatically blamed the previous manager. If anyone like him she is automatically rude to them, and if you tell her you will be posting and making some calls (complaints to ownership as it is franchised) she calls you rude and demands you to get out. This female manager with black hair is extremely unprofessional to her guests and if she does not like you she makes a point to show it. The food was halfway done the bread was still doughy like it was baked at a hight temp to try to get more done quickly. This subway use to be great now it is horrible.

The guy working tonight was the only guy there, and he was great. He was working his butt off. There was multiple people there, a catering order to be taken, pickup orders to be taken, plus the people in line. He really deserves some recognition because not once did he seem frustrated or anything of the sort. He was extremely respectful and apologetic to everyone for the wait.
