Was driving for work in dump truck and couldn't go through drive thru. Lobby was closed bc 1230 am. Got refused service bc was on foot amd walked to drive thru. Very rude as well. Will NEVER go back. Tysm

No respect for doordashers just make them wait long periods of time while they do entire drive thru and even serve customers in lobby ahead of doordasher customers it happens all the time here !!! Poor management and a ladies kid was coughing saying mommy and workers saying she was busy so kids being taken to work shows poor management

The new Night Crew does not know who I am, unpleasant overall experience. They refused to speak with me due to policy reasons, unsure If I will go back. Bad food, and not sure about the people now.

i specifically ordered 4 tacos a certain way and they decided after accepting said order they would basically ignore it and not give me what i asked for. i cannot tolerate spicy stuff while pregnant, i asked to get the chipotle sauce taken off my tacos and add sour cream and nacho cheese. i didn’t get that on any of my tacos they all had the chipotle sauce.

Came in didnt see anyone employees till food was called out also didn't have any cups but didn't bother to say anything to everyone coming in buying drinks but instead they gave you your food and walked off in a hurry to leave to standing there for 10 minutes for them to tell you they didn't have cups but gladly charged for the drinks by far the worst taco bell I've been at
