“My husband and I stopped in for lunch. We were seated right away. The wait staff was friendly. Not super attentive but " ok". My husband had the shrimp cocktail and loved it. I had the taquitos. They're were fine. Nothing extraordinary but good. If we are in the area, I'm sure we would stop back in.“

“This place would be rated higher, but it's overly popular. We showed up mid to late after noon. It was too crowded. No tables were open. The wait staff was so busy that it was difficult for them to keep up. Once they had a table cleared off, our wait time was about 20 minutes to place our orders. Then, another 30 to 40 minutes to receive our order. I will admit the food was hot and fresh and very tasty, the staff although extremely busy was very polite.I definitely recommend eating here. I just hope you catch a less popular time to eat. These ladies work hard and keep smiling.Enjoy your meal, and please tip well. These ladies definitely earn every penny!“

“In town for the weekend and we decided to stop here because it looked cute. Such a good choice!! We were right, it is cute hahaha and the food was fantastic. Service was great too.
I had the Island Jack burger and my friend had a pancake special. Both were great, I stole some pancake & OMG it was the best pancake I’ve ever had. Thank you!!“

“Hope the company reads these. I asked about gluten free and the girl at the counter was transparent about cross contamination and suggested the pizza bake without the crust. Most places wouldn't do that and as someone who gets very sick from gluten I really appreciate it. Don't remember her name but it was about 1pm on July 26“

“We have been coming to Pete's since my sister's and I were little girls. After my dad passed We bring our mom here on Mother's Day. Love the private rooms however, this year year the food was lacking in heat, portion size, and just absent for a while. Our server disappeared and did not even offer us dessert. Hope it was just a glitch for the day.“

“Had strawberry pecan salad ! It was fresh and delicious! The rolls are always fresh, hot and very hard to resist. I had the blackened chicken breast which was moist and tender. I like the Cajun seasoning. The baked potato was fresh. My husband had fried catfish which also was crispy and tender! I will be back! I love this place to stop when traveling!“
