This has to be the worst Wendy's establishment we've ever visited. The cashier must have been new. We ordered a Frosty. It was halfway melted. The young man stood around. Not knowing how to dish up ice cream. 10 minutes later he asked for help. He was shown how to do it. The District manager, a manager and someone else were in the lobby having a meeting. The lobby carpet was filthy. Trash under most tables. It was shocking to see Managers not having it cleaned.

The place was dirty garbage out side and garbage inside place just opened at 7 am so this means garbage was left on the tables all night. I will not eat at this Wendy's any more. I wonder what the kitchen looks like.

When I walked in, there were only 3 customers myself and 2 other people. I got a Wendy's double . Value meal. The restaurant was not exactly clean. It had carpet inside. Most have done away with the carpet and gone all tile flooring. The carpet is dirty. There were food crumbs like French fries, etc, on the floor . Flys flying around. The burger wasn't good. The French fries weren't hot or fresh. Im surprise that any Wendy's has lasted as long as they have because they all seem to just have gone downhill regardless of which one I have gone to. So far, this was the worst of them all.

The absolute worst restaurant in this already shitty town we live in. Had a terrible day and Wendy’s was just my cherry on top!! Picked up a mobile order and it was wrong, got half way home before I checked it and realized it was wrong. Went back got my correct order until I got home, opened it up and it was STILL WRONG. I went back for them to fix it and they got it wrong. My drink was diet when I didn’t order a diet, ordered extra veggies on my burger and no mayo and it came with no veggies and extra MAYO! Then called the store to ask if they could replace it and the manager at the time snapped and complained about replacing it without even apologizing. Then told me to go into the app and get a refund. I don’t want a refund I just want my food made correctly. I’ve worked in fast food for a decade now and I’ve messed up plenty of times. Everyone is human. Not everyone has to be an ass and complain about doing their own job when they’re the ones who messed up. Do better Wendy’s.

Smells like marijuana when you get out of your car and in the entrance. My husband ordered an unsweetened tea and tasted like it came out of an unwashed old spigit. Not to mention the drive thru was moving faster than the dine in . We waited 20 mins just to be told one our sandwiches couldn't be made due to the lack of ingredients. Front end counter services could be extremely better .

The worker that gave me the 2 kids meals in the Drive thru was Rude, Obnoxious, and should be kept in the kitchen only, or Unemployed until he learns Customer Service skills. Will never Patronize that Wendy's again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We went thru drive thru. Ot was alright. Fries were like warm, staff was friendly, but messed up a simple sandwich. All in all, not too bad.

French fries worth sad disgrace they were cold they were old they were overly salted like overpowering so only good thing was the chicken nuggets and the chicken sandwich they skimped on the Mayo the gentleman who took my order was a sweetheart it was his first day he was very kind his trainer was very kind atmosphere sucked place was a bit on the unkept side not very cool in this God awful heat barks root beer was watered down with no ice and the order was done wrong had to replace it then had to wait forever and then the manager acted like he didn't know where the burger was although it was sitting there the whole time smack dab in front of him

We ordered on the app. Bathroom was clean. Our order was correct and they even made ghost pepper fries for us even though it wasn't on the menu anymore. Part of our food was pretty fresh, but it took 30 minutes. We were the only customers! The first half of our order (nuggets and fries) was slightly warm when we got it. The 2nd half was hot. Then our drinks came when our food was totally done. They just need more organization or something. It's a decent Wendy's. Just dont go if you are in a rush.
