Service was friendly as expected. The food was Wendy's quality also as expected. The dining room carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the day this location opened. It's is caked in years of grime which does nothing for the smell of this place. Top down renovations are in order.

Our experience started when we saw two employees smoking and vaping not five feet from the entry door. The entire restaurant smelled of cigarette smoke. The dining area was not clean and I didn’t feel safe eating my food inside.

While traveling home, we stopped at this Wendy’s, my husband needed the restroom and I wanted a Frosty. The front counter guy was cleaning up in the dining room when we arrived. After ordering, he didn’t have enough Frosty mix in the dispenser, so at 5:30 PM had to leave the line to get more mix. Hubby’s comment about the restroom, was that it was beyond disgusting!! He stated that it was absolutely filthy, and smelled worse than a locker room. The cleanliness of the restaurant was WAY below Wendy’s typical standards, and after hearing about the cleanliness of the restroom, I was nervous about the quality of the frosty. Behind the counter are was way overdue for a wipe down, and it looked like hours had passed since it was swept, wiped down or organized. Granted, I have no idea how busy they may have been before we arrived, but there was no one in the dining room, but a couple of cards in the drive thru. We were just passing thru, but definitely wouldn’t eat there.

The food tasted good when we got what we actually asked for had to go back to counter 3 times almost left without one of our burgers then we had to go back to get sauces we had asked for the employees seemed unmotivated and very dry like they hated even being there
