There was no chili available at 8:00 at night. The person covering the counter was on his phone at one of the tables. He acted like we were really interrupting him. The fries were medium warm. A drink refill was requested, and the same counter person had to put his phone down and come back to the counter. The refill was filled with the incorrect soda.

We did the drive thru. We waited about 4 minutes but was given FRESH fries!!! You never get fresh fries from a fast food place anymore. They're usually always warm not hot. Theses were fantastic!!! I ate all my fries and half my husbands before I even made it home. I will be going back!

The employees working today were rude including the manager. I went through the drive through ordered my food got to the window, and paid for it. They then proceeded to ask what I ordered so I told the first one that asked, then another came and asked the same question, then proceeded to tell that employee what my order was. Started down the highway and realized my food wasn’t right. Turned back around just for them to tell me I wasn’t “being clear” when ordering my food after I told not one but two employees what I ordered. I then had to pay for the food they didn’t put in there which is fine, but they messed up and didn’t want to make it right.

I got chicken nuggets fresh, fast, and usually always hot every time. I’ve eaten here for years has always been awesome. However until today someone dropped the ball they were cold some were hard as a rock others tasted rotten just sour and wet. Im so disappointed in what I received the manager has no quality control. I’ve gotten sick from this negligence and pure disrespect to the customers.
