You know what makes a good manager? When you are slammed because of $6 meals and you got a ton of orders waiting, actually getting in the trenches and working. I just spent 22 minutes waiting on two items watching this manager stand in a doorway yapping! Just flapping his gums. I tried to call in to get an answer and I watch him allow it to rain while in his hand at least six times before begrudgingly answering. I was then told I'm so sorry we are just so slammed with a $6...
We went at a super busy time. We ordered two drinks and some cheddar peppers. It was a bit of a wait but the peppers were nice and hot. My vanilla coke was delicious. My husband had a diet dr pepper and he didn't complain, so I'll assume it was good (to someone who likes diet soda). There is no drive through here. Our car hop was very sweet.
I’ve lived near this Sonic for a year now, after living by another sonic for 9 years… idk what’s up, but the drinks taste awful here. Idk if it’s the cups, the straws or the drink machine itself, but it has this awful styrofoam/plastic taste or like the cups were dipped in something or slathered with dirty grease. It’s been consistent for the year I’ve lived here. I really don’t know what they can change or if anyone else experiences it.
