Overall horrible experience….we booked for 4pm we arrived at 350 noone was here. Was told the employee was running late, she got here at 4:15 not an apology from her nor the owner i spoke to on the phone! I paid the deposit when i booked, i came in waiting to pay the rest NOT ONCE DID THEY TELL ME THEY ALREADY CHARGED MY CARD! So while the girl is running around getting the business ready it wasnt until 450 that the game finally started, we have to have my son back to basic training and wanted to do dinner before going back but due to them being late we werent able to get dinner! But once she got them set up i still stood at the counter waiting to pay the balance she continues to walk around went outside came back in locked the door we came in unlocked the back door ALL WHILE STILL NOT SPEAKING! As im still standing there waiting to pay my balance, while hoping theyd maybe be generous and offer a discount of some sort due to their negligence and nothing. She goes in a room and shuts the door. So i walk out side and check my card and low and behold they went in and added the chatge to my card again NOT SAYING A WORD! I dont recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional and rude.

Not the greatest experience. Maybe it was the difficulty of the room. We found clues almost nonexistent, barely legible in spots.
There wasn’t enough for players to successfully solve and progress the room together without DM help, as well as malfunctioning props. If our DM was “watching” they missed our dead “black light flashlights” until almost the end of our time. We tried to audibly alert them that the batteries were dying and then out. Thanks for the help confirming we had the right combination, the prop just wasn’t cooperating.
All in all too much money for a less than enjoyable experience. A party of four is just under $140 an hour. Others reviewed having a good time, so YMMV.

We did the Alice Escape Room. It was a good time. Couple magnets were positioned wrong so the elements didn't just click like they were supposed to. Great mental workout. Would do it again. Excellent set. Staff was FANOMINAL

I would have loved to give them 5 stars but we didnt actually get to do/finish our room due to electrical issues. But it was a very friendly, clean and cool business. Its in a beautiful area and the room we were in was super cool.

Great place I loved it. The scenes inside the building blow my mind it’s so neat and you won’t regret going. It was hard trying to escape the rooms in just an hours time. But it was an adrenaline rush and an overall pleasant experience!!!!

Fun experience overall. Only gave it 4 stars because our time was cut short. We looked at the time when we entered the room and we only received 48mins. We were told a group ahead of us ran late so they were still setting up the room when we arrived. After we were told our time was up we went back to the lobby and noticed there was a huge group coming in so I don’t know if ours was intentionally ended early to get back on schedule for the bigger group coming in but it definitely seemed like it was.

Very fun when we went!! Only gripe is with the Saw game, the clues on the wall with the glow in the dark ink was a little faded. Other than that, it was a well constructed escape room! We will be back! 👍🏻

Lizzy is the laziest person that I know. She made my group wait for 45 minutes before ever coming down stairs. Madi though was amazing and made sure we were comfortable while waiting.
My family and I did The Alice in Wonderland rooms and were challenged. Awesome experience that forced us to think and work together.

So we were in the Maniac Room, nice concept but punished with a few small problems for our group of 3 (10, 11, 53 years old). Since I won't reveal too much here, I'll just say that the combination is not suitable for people under 1.80m or tall enough but too heavy (over 125kg). So said Maniac Room. The people who work here are super friendly and helpful. The toilets were super clean.

We did the Jigsaw themed room and it was scary fun! It was the good kind of scared tho. We finished together as a family, which made it more meaningful. Thanks Escape The Park for having me and my family for my 19th birthday ?
