Our sandwiches were really good. However the dessert pizza didn't come as expected they forgot to put the icing on top. I called & they remade it, must have hurt their feelings because this is the slop they gave me the last time. Not the first time they have done us this way, either. I'm tired of the sloppy work from kids that don't care, yet we get charged big prices . Get some adults in there to make decent food!! Management must must not care if the business goes down the drain?!!!

The literal WORST simple Simon’s I’ve ever been to. We are local in town & usually give them a lot of business.. UNTIL, we ordered $60 worth of food and found a whole BRUSH under the cheese of our pizza. And brush bristle's all inside of our cheese bread.. as if that wasn’t bad enough, they did nothing to fix it. It is nothing but a bunch of kids working there, and they won’t even take your order and do their job if it’s past a certain time or they don’t feel like it. SO disappointing!!!!

Great food, I get the "cowboy crash" every time and it never disappoints. And great service so far, all in all a great place that stays busy as far as I see

Come on, I ordered almost $40 worth of food, get home with it my cheese bread was not Jalapeno as I ordered. Called and was told I had to return to the store to correct it. I live 10 miles away not happening, asked to speak to a manager, told she would call me, two days later nothing. I call and was told she would not call me back from home, she's off, really? I'll be calling corporate tomorrow to get resolution.

manager doesn't seem to want to correct an order error after repeated calls. ordered jalapeno cheese bread, got home no Jalapeno Called back and was told I would have to return to get it corrected. I live 10 miles away and with the impending storms I disagreed. now two days later the manager will not respond or answer my calls. all for a $5.99 order.

We placed an online order and waited the hour it said it would take. We arrived to pick up our order to find that it wasn't made and they didn't have the ticket. We're still waiting an hour later. We're definitely not coming here again.Update:15 minutes after posting we received it order and it's definitely not fresh.
I placed an order for pickup 20 minutes before I came to this pizzeria. When i got here they said it’d be a few more minutes. Five minutes pass. Two guys come in order two pizzas. They sit down to wait on theres. Employee comes out and tells me they gave some of my order to somebody else so ill have to wait. 15 minutes pass. The 2 gentlemen get there pizza. They eat for a bit and then leave. 5 minutes or so after they leave i finally get my order. Everything else that was done is now cold with hot breadsticks. As i was headed home. I got a call from the store letting me know to check my pizza because they gave me the wrong order. They asked if I can come swap the orders out. Had to drive 10 minutes back. Poor service and work ethic.

Usually this is our go to place and we get great food and service. Tonight, however, we are very disappointed with the pizza we received. Initially, we ordered extra cheese on our supreme pizza, but it seems like they didn't even give us enough cheese and toppings. From the photo you can see that the toppings and cheese don't even reach the edge. I know they were busy, but we're still paying for a decent product. I hope we get something better the next time we go because normally the pizzas are delicious and well done.
