We come to Simple Simon's pretty often because we enjoy the pizza, but the customer service is slacking. My husband called in an order and we were told 20-25 minutes. The lady on the phone was not mean, but not kind. We get there 10 minutes early so we waited 10-15 minutes. My husband goes in to grab the pizza, the lady just stared at him, so he says who he is and she says we need to wait another 10-15 minutes. When we got back, he asked for garlic butter and she went and chatted with a coworker for a hot minute before bringing it to him. This type of service is typical when the young ladies are working there, usually the guys are kind. They didn't give us the right meat on one and the other pizza was carelessly put together. I'm so tired of going there and the people acting like they are so offended that people are coming in. It's not hard to be kind to people and give proper customer service. We will take our business elsewhere if this doesn't change.

I ordered pizza and picked up through the drive through and was given a half eaten pizza. There was 2 teenager girls working and I ask for manager on duty then was told there was no one for me to speak to. Unacceptable and disgusting. Something like this should have never happened.

Placed an order to go, will be ready in 25 minutes I ordered at 6:00 pm showed up at 6:30 to pick up the pizza. Payed for pizza immediately waited 15 minutes in the lobby and then they came up and ask what I wanted. I told them I placed an order at 6:00 They told me they never made it. It would be an additional twenty minute wait for the pizza, no discount, just no gloves after touching the register and her phone, really expected more. First time coming here very disappointed,
Update they told us they would replace the pizzas because the cheese was and I quote frozen when they put it into the oven causing it to burn.
Came back a week later to get the replacement pizzas and they will not honor what they said they would do
What an embarrassing company all around.

Our sandwiches were really good. However the dessert pizza didn't come as expected they forgot to put the icing on top. I called & they remade it, must have hurt their feelings because this is the slop they gave me the last time. Not the first time they have done us this way, either. I'm tired of the sloppy work from kids that don't care, yet we get charged big prices . Get some adults in there to make decent food!! Management must must not care if the business goes down the drain?!!!
The literal WORST simple Simon’s I’ve ever been to. We are local in town & usually give them a lot of business.. UNTIL, we ordered $60 worth of food and found a whole BRUSH under the cheese of our pizza. And brush bristle's all inside of our cheese bread.. as if that wasn’t bad enough, they did nothing to fix it. It is nothing but a bunch of kids working there, and they won’t even take your order and do their job if it’s past a certain time or they don’t feel like it. SO disappointing!!!!

Come on, I ordered almost $40 worth of food, get home with it my cheese bread was not Jalapeno as I ordered. Called and was told I had to return to the store to correct it. I live 10 miles away not happening, asked to speak to a manager, told she would call me, two days later nothing. I call and was told she would not call me back from home, she's off, really? I'll be calling corporate tomorrow to get resolution.

manager doesn't seem to want to correct an order error after repeated calls. ordered jalapeno cheese bread, got home no Jalapeno Called back and was told I would have to return to get it corrected. I live 10 miles away and with the impending storms I disagreed. now two days later the manager will not respond or answer my calls. all for a $5.99 order.
