We come to Simple Simon's pretty often because we enjoy the pizza, but the customer service is slacking. My husband called in an order and we were told 20-25 minutes. The lady on the phone was not mean, but not kind. We get there 10 minutes early so we waited 10-15 minutes. My husband goes in to grab the pizza, the lady just stared at him, so he says who he is and she says we need to wait another 10-15 minutes. When we got back, he asked for garlic butter and she went and...
Great food, I get the "cowboy crash" every time and it never disappoints. And great service so far, all in all a great place that stays busy as far as I see

Usually this is our go to place and we get great food and service. Tonight, however, we are very disappointed with the pizza we received. Initially, we ordered extra cheese on our supreme pizza, but it seems like they didn't even give us enough cheese and toppings. From the photo you can see that the toppings and cheese don't even reach the edge. I know they were busy, but we're still paying for a decent product. I hope we get something better the next time we go...
