I'm not a huge fan of fast food but I really dislike when I do go and all the employees act like they hate being there. This particular Arby's is so different from most fast food places. Everyone in there is super friendly, they all seem happy to have their job and be there. The food is always good (for fast food) and in 4 years of going to this store, I've only ever had one order that was not right and they happily replaced the sandwich that was messed up. And...

New Italian sub is nothing like the pic or commercial. Look at the pic and try to replicate.
My opinion
Definitely false advertising this time.
Its common with the new commercials and all of the restaurants coming out with new food.
Stick to Roast Beef.
And Onion Pedals should return!

Stopped here on the way back home and it was so good. our whole families food was all fresh, we did have to wait a bit maybe a little over 10 minutes after we paid, but the wait was clearly for fresh food and it was worth the wait. everyone was nice especially the people in the drive thru
