My aunt and uncle came to visit and they hadn't had braums ice cream before. We had a great evening of talking and laughing and enjoying ice cream

Dining area tables needed a good wipe down as well as the floor.

Best place for dairy in the country!

Great place, all I ask is you work on the consistency of the breakfast burritos. Sometimes they are wrapped weird or have too much or too little of the ingredients. Other than that, good food.

Waiting in drive thru line. Car in front of me has thier exchange and moves forward. I move up. It take a Lil longer than usual for them to say anything but they were busy no big deal. But the lady on the other end said " if your just needing a bag pull foward" . I reply I'm not sure what she's referring to I didn't ask for a bag. She then argues ack that I had just asked for just a bag and when she responded I didn't reply. Confused I said no I did t ask for that and u never said anything to me. Her response was a scoff followed by um yes u did ask and I did respond to you. So she's calling me a liar because she's getting obviously the ppl infant of me mixed up with me. After waiting 20 min I left with nothing. Horrible service. Especially when the employee is wrong

I got a large shake, and while drinking it, I bit into something crunchy…this concerned me because I got a plan chocolate shake. The thing that I bit into was a fly. I am very disturbed by this and gagged a few times.

They usually are great about getting your order out quickly and it tastes as expected. Our last visit was a nightmare though. They did however correct the situation immediately.

Stopped here today and went inside to get breakfast and the lady who took my order did not get it right then tried to charge me for something I didn't want. Lousy people working there 👿
