Good food and service. My kids love the chicken strips and of course the ice cream. Let's just say the atmosphere here was odd...The workers were not rude or impolite at all, but they all looked super bummed out. It was like they were all so freaking sad. We were only traveling and stopped in, so I'm not sure if something happened locally, but what a bummer. I really hope those folks have a better day soon. Like I said, the food and service was both good.
I stopped in at the Braum’s in Miami, Oklahoma, and had an amazing experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to take care of us. The manager was exceptional—hands-on, attentive, and clearly cares about creating a great atmosphere for customers.

My husband travels to Miami for work frequently and EVERY TIME he comes by this Braums location he raves about how good it is for the rest of the day and how badly he wishes our local Braums operated at this quality. Thanks for taking care of my guy while he’s on the road!
