I never give reviews because I work in customer service but this place has the rudest workers and NEVER gets the order correct. Ever. Literally just told them to cancel the order because they wanted us to wait even longer for food that we’d already waited for through the DRIVE THRU! There was only two cars in front of us. Then they treated us like we were in the wrong.

Very lazy workers. I placed an order on the app at 10:15 for breakfast, arrived at 10:30, waited in line, got up to the window at 10:31 and they told me they no longer served breakfast and they would have to refund my whole order. The only thing my child will eat is their breakfast.
Terrible service, girl behind the counter was obviously not happy with her job!!! Nuggets were very hard and old, forgot the happy meal so had to go all the way back to get it

The employees of this McDonald's is a new kind of low. Never coming back to this one again I will drive up to Baxtor for better food and service. While trying to order my food in store at the counter had to listen to an employee discussing with a manager about his uniform was clean and he didn't need to go home to shower and change before his shift. Then watched customers finding supplies to clean their own tables to sit and eat while 3 employees stood behind registers and talked. Do better Miami McDonald's just plan do better you can't get much lower
