This has got to be the worst McDonald's in the state, probably more. I live in Miami, Oklahoma. The only McDonald's is 1 Mile from my home. I say this because I unfortunately am lazy, and frequent this McDonald's often. They routinely have huge back ups of customers, wait times can often exceed 20 minutes. When you do get your food, almost always you know they put the fries in first, set the bag aside while the rest of the order is made. Now you get cold fries....
I personally hate McDonald's, but my husband loves the big breakfast. So I give the food a low score. That shouldn't take away from the personal or this restaurant. The staff were friendly.
Why isn't there training anymore on how to treat the public? No says thank you or you're welcome. Yep is not a response. And when I order something & get something else, it's not my fault, it's yours! Got the wrong drinks, had to wait for food that is no longer good, & never got an I'm sorry for your wait. Eating out now isn't anything like it used to be, but there's no reason why it can't be. It's just that no one cares...
