I personally hate McDonald's, but my husband loves the big breakfast. So I give the food a low score. That shouldn't take away from the personal or this restaurant. The staff were friendly.
Why isn't there training anymore on how to treat the public? No says thank you or you're welcome. Yep is not a response. And when I order something & get something else, it's not my fault, it's yours! Got the wrong drinks, had to wait for food that is no longer good, & never got an I'm sorry for your wait. Eating out now isn't anything like it used to be, but there's no reason why it can't be. It's just that no one cares...
The employees here work hard in some pretty stressful busy times and they do it everyday. We should have more appreciation for them that show up day in and day out to do a hard job.
