My family Ordered 2 large pizzas and waited 40 min. To arrive. One pizza was correct and one was wrong! We called and they said they would need the wrong pizza Back?!?!? Like What? So while my family ate their dinner I had to sit and wait for the Correct pizza to arrive. This was All Their fault the wrong pizza was delivered and not one apology was given, just wanted their pizza back. I’m appalled. NORMALLY good customer service will tell you to keep it and they would get the correct one delivered. NOPE! So 10:10 at night and still no pizza! I’m a business owner myself and I will Never order here again! Hateful employees also! Never again!

My kids love pizza and we always get fresh food. Wish both pizza huts sold boneless wings. I also hate that sometimes I have to order from both stores to get what I want or just choose what I want more. My only complaint is they don’t serve the same stuff. Makes it tough ordering. I wish they actually sold a 7$ pizza especially since little Caesars is gone. Definitely would but there pizza more if they did.

Ordered a CBR pizza here, was told it would be a few minutes to make a new one since the first one got burnt. They gave me the burnt pizza that tastes old and stale, disappointed and would like a replacement.

Sydney is hateful. I was trying to place an order over the phone and she asked if I want carry out..I said yes she then asked me again but this time said will this be carry out or delivery..I told her she already asked me if I wanted carry out and I had said yes. She started to argue with me about how I said yes...she says ok the hangs up on me. I called back and spoke to another associate and I was informed she was having a fight with her boyfriend. I asked how that was my fault. He said it wasn't. I asked who was in charge today and he said sydney was. There was nothing that I did that warranted being treated like that..VERY unprofessional
