Love to eat Sonic but the service is often very slow due to large food orders by drive through patrons waiting for their orders. Large food order patrons should be routed to a designated waiting area so that drive tgrough service is not so slow.

Normally, I am a fan of Sonic. Maybe it was a bad day for them, maybe it was me. It all started with the app failing completely. So, we ordered but couldnt pay at the kiosk for some reason. Fine. Got our food and one of the drinks was wong and no drink carrier. Ok, so I drive home balancing drinks and food along the way 4 drinks wont fit in 2 cup holders. Time to eat ... My fries tasted like they were over cooked hours ago and then reheated to serve. The rest was mediocre, but maybe my opinion is a bit colored by the rest of the experience.

Really upset about this - I wasn’t aware you guys now charge for groovy sauce and not even asking for extra groovy sauce. I asked for some for my onion rings this morning and when I got home, which by the way is 45 minutes away, guess what? None in the bag. You shouldn’t have to check the bag every single time, but apparently I’m gonna have to start.

Has its days, Like all fast food places. But I love sonic I don’t recommend going right b4 closing especially if you want fresh food. But overall my favorite fast food restaurant. Also if you haven’t tried the 1.99 chicken sandwich there the bomb.
Recommended dishes: Tater Tots, French Fries, Double Cheeseburger, Chili Cheese Tots, Dr Pepper

person one: very bad there was very long wait very little people said it was on its way but didn’t cum out for another 20 minutes. person two: waited for along time but i used to work at sonic and some people just slide their card on a computer so the screen outside can say “on its way” but it’s so they can meet a time criteria but we waited for a very long time and then it finally came out but one of our fanta slush’s wasn’t even mixed fully picture will be below person three: just awful no more to say person four: -10/10 person five: i didn’t even get the right drink but it took forever to come out

I ordered a #1 smash combo, my only request was no cheese. Long story short: my fries were absolutely cold, too hard to chew and taste like old grease. My burger has NOTHING on it, BUT CHEESE!!! The order was repeated to me, so idk. Cost me $12.40 to be completely upset and disappointed. I won't be back, unless they make it right.
